Loyalty Quarter 3 Enhancements

This project will enable the availability of BPI products as rewards that can be redeemed using BPI Rewards Points through the VYBE App. The BPI products offered will include investment optionssuch as UITFs, Mutual Funds, and BPI Investment Products for new clients. Additionally, it will feature BPI MS Insurance Redemption for insurance products.

With the extensive new features introduced in the VYBE revamp for the third quarter, I will highlight at least one of these key enhancements. Additionally, I will discuss the BPI MS Insurance revamp.

BPI Products as Rewards Insurance and Investment

This use case provides a step-by-step guide for redeeming a BPI MS Insurance Voucher using BPI Rewards Points

The user selects their BPI Rewards Points on the main page, navigates to the BPI Rewards Page, and chooses the BPI MS Insurance Voucher. After viewing the reward details, the user clicks "Redeem" and completes a form with basic information. Upon successful redemption, they receive an in-app notification, and the reward appears in the "My Rewards" section. The user can view their insurance voucher, including a Voucher ID and Code, which serve as a reference and Certificate of Coverage. Once used or expired, the reward moves to the "Redeemed/Expired" section, and the Certificate of Coverage is sent within 24-48 hours.

Conclusion:

I am pleased to report that the stakeholders at BPI have expressed their satisfaction with the outcome of the wireframe, which has received formal approval. Our Indonesian development team is currently in the process of coding the design. We have successfully completed all deliverables for the third quarter and are now focusing on the upcoming deliverables for the fourth quarter as we approach the end of the year.
